A musical Aladdin's Cave of gems has been courageously thrust open! Here is the latest recording of a brilliant violin concerto by Feliks Yaniewicz. In Polish spelt 'Janiewicz' but in English 'Yaniewicz'. The 'Iron Curtain' was as much a cultural barrier as a military and political one. The internet knows no such barriers to archival cultural material in our period. We live in an era of extraordinary freedom, ease and variety of access.
